Lidget Green Primary School

Children in Lidget Green Primary School will be taking part in World Maths Day. You will all be getting a password to log on and play the maths games against children from around the world.

What a busy month March is going to be. Keep an eye out for news of what is happening in Lidget Green for World Maths Day, World Book Day and Red Nose Day.

Just to let you know school is open as normal today; unfortunately the Year 5 trip to the coal mining museum has been cancelled as the conditions at the museum are still bad.

School will be closed on Tuesday February 3rd.

We should re-open on Wednesday all being well.

School was open today, but if there is heavy snow overnight, then we will be closed tomorrow Tuesday February 3rd. Check this website after 7.00 a.m. for an announcement.

A few children and some of the staff made it to school today and had fun playing out at lunchtime.
