International Schools Award

Published by Barbara Jones under news

On Friday Mrs Tomlinson travelled to a special awards ceremony in London. After she had gone in along the Red Carpet, she was presented with our International Schools Award by George Alagiah. She felt very proud to be one of the 750 schools in the whole of the United Kingdom to receive the award. Not only that we were getting this award for the second time. Apart from the certificate, she was given a beautiful glass award and a flag.

It wasn’t just Mrs Tomlinson who did the work to earn the award, it was all of us, so feel proud and give yourself a pat on the back.

Une question française (A question from France)

Published by Mrs T under Uncategorized

Alain, the Headteacher at our partner school in Ollieres has asked a question:

Do you like French cheese?

You might be able to answer in French. “Oui, j’aime le fromage français ” ou “Non, je n’aime pas le fromage français”

If you want to find out a bit more about French cheese (there are more than 1,000 different types) look at this link:

Post your answers!

(Moi, j’adore le fromage français!)

Do you want to hear my joke? It is no funnier than any of my other jokes, I’m afraid.

You will have to go to my Grumpy Old Teacher page to see it.
